ACORD CADRU DE FURNIZARE PRODUSE ALIMENTARE 2026-2028 Conform caietului de sarcini care cuprinde achizitia a 80 loturi. - Acord cadru incheiat pe 24 luni, cu maxim 5 operatori economici. - Operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare, pana cel tarziu cu 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. - Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la clarificarile / informatiile suplimentare solicitate de operatorii economici conform mentiunii anterioare, in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ). CONFORM SPECIFICATIILOR DIN CAIETUL DE SARCINI; Cantitățile minime și maxime estimate pentru întreaga durată a acordului-cadru, precum și cantitățile minime și maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent, sunt detaliate în mod distinct pentru fiecare lot în parte în cadrul Anexei nr. 1 la Caietul de Sarcini, anexă care face parte integrantă din documentația de atribuire în SEAP.
