Description

Obiectul contractului îl reprezintă achiziția de licențe și subscripții software necesare funcționării sistemului de telemuncă, extinderea garanției echipamentelor de rețea și servere, precum și contractarea serviciilor de suport tehnic pentru o perioadă de 36 de luni. Suportul tehnic va asigura întreținerea, actualizarea și optimizarea soluției de telemuncă conform condițiilor stabilite de producător, cu scopul de a menține securitatea și continuitatea operațională, în condițiile migrării componentelor de orchestrare, management şi control de pe sistemul de virtualizare VMware utilizat in prezent pe un sistem de virtualizare bazat pe distribuție Linux. Contractarea licentelor/subscriptiilor, a serviciilor de asistență tehnică şi extindere a garanției in condițiile stabilite de către producător pe o durata de 36 luni începând cu data expirării suportului de la producător. Licențe, servicii de suport tehnic și optimizare aferente proiectului “home office” Produsele si serviciile sunt detaliate in caietul de sarcini. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 Data de raspuns la toate solicitarile de clarificari: a 11-a zi, anterior datei limita de depunere oferte
