Licitatie deschisa pentru achizitia serviciilor privind: “Servicii de management pentru Spitalul Clinic Judetean de Urgenta Bihor- acord cadru pentru 48 de luni"- Cod unic de identificare: 4208498 2026 16. Tipurile de servicii sunt cele descrise in caietul de sarcini nr. 28881 din 07.09.2026/411866 din 08.09.2026 respectiv achizitionarea serviciilor de management al unitatii sanitare publice. Termenul pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire, anuntul de participare, fisa de date sau caietul de sarcini este de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Se recomanda, daca exista posibilitatea, ca solicitarile de clarificari sa fie transmise in format editabil.
