Universitatea din București intenționează să achiziționeze sisteme de calcul de înaltă performanță, necesare pentru cercetarea în domeniul Inteligenței Artificiale. Achiziția se va face în cadrul proiectului “HUB Român de Inteligență Artificială - HRIA”. În cadrul proiectului “HUB Român de Inteligență Artificială - HRIA”, Universitatea din București va desfășura activități de cercetare în domeniul Inteligenței Artificiale, acestea necesitând sisteme de calcul puternice pentru rularea experimentelor aferente. Motivele achiziționării sistemelor sunt următoarele: • Facilitarea cercetării științifice: Achiziționarea unor sisteme de calcul performante constituie un element esențial în susținerea și dezvoltarea cercetării în domeniul Inteligenței Artificiale. Aceste echipamente avansate oferă capacitatea de a procesa volume semnificative de date și de a antrena modele de învățare automată la scară largă, contribuind la rezultate științifice relevante și inovatoare. • Dezvoltarea abilităților studenților: Sistemele de calcul performante oferă studenților implicați în procesul de cercetare posibilitatea de a lucra cu tehnologii de ultimă generație. • Creșterea competitivității universității: Resursele de calcul stimulează competitivitatea la nivel internațional și permit cercetătorilor să răspundă în mod eficient provocărilor complexe din domeniul Inteligenței Artificiale. Lot 1 - Stații de lucru cu 2×GPU pentru calcul performant buc 2; În cadrul proiectului “HUB Român de Inteligență Artificială - HRIA”, Universitatea din București va desfășura activități de cercetare în domeniul Inteligenței Artificiale, acestea necesitând sisteme de calcul puternice pentru rularea experimentelor aferente.
