În cadrul prezentei proceduri vor fi achiziționate o parte din componentele sistemului informatic integrat pentru care Autoritatea Contractanta a obtinut finantare, respectiv infrastructura hardware si o parte din componentele software, astfel cum sunt acestea descrise in caietul de sarcini. Solicitarile de clarificari vor fi transmise de catre operatorii economici cu 18 zile inainte de termenul limita pentru primirea ofertelor, iar raspunsurile la clarificari vor fi transmise in SICAP in a 10 a zi dinaintea termenului limită stabilit în Anunțul de participare, pentru depunerea ofertelor.
