Description

Acord cadru incheiat cu mai multi operatori economici (minim 2) pentru furnizarea de tonere cu valabilitate din data de 15.08.2023 pe o perioada de 24 luni, conform art.115, alin 2, lit.b) din Legea 98/2016. Frecventa si valoarea contractelor subsecvente ce vor fi atribuite: Contractele subsecvente vor respecta conditiile acordului cadru care va fi incheiat cu respectarea prevederilor caietului de sarcini. Acordul Cadru va stabili conditiile generale ale achizitionarii tonerelor. Contractele subsecvente vor fi atribuite in urma reofertarii pentru fiecare toner (unul sau mau multe modele si cantitati). Elementele distinctive ale contractelor subsecvente fata de acordul cadru sunt reprezentate de detaliile tonerelor reofertate. Valoarea estimata a celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de 40.000 lei, conform istoricului Acordului cadru precedent. Necesitatea achiziționării acestor produse este justificată de funcționarea echipamentelor de imprimare și copiere existente în instituție, precum si reciclarea cartuselor goale in conformitate cu legislatia in vigoare (HG 621/2005 conform cu Directiva UE 2004/12/CE). Activitatea de imprimare este esențială pentru desfășurarea majorității activităților la nivelul Oficiului de Stat pentru Invenții și Mărci.
