Produsele ce urmeaza a fi achizitionate, sunt necesare pentru cresterea sigurantei lucratorilor proprii si a celorlalti participanti la trafic. Pe durata derularii Acordului Cadru se vor incheia minim 2 contracte subsecvente pe an. Acordul-cadru se va incheia cu un singur operator economic. Conform art. 160 alin. 1 din Legea 98/2016, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica are dreptul de a solicita clarificari/informatii suplimentare in legatura cu Documentatia de Atribuire este in a 7-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor; B. Conform art. 160 alin. 2 din Legea 98/2016, Autoritatea Contractanta stabileste unul sau doua termene limita in care va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare. Raspunsurile vor fi incarcate si publicate, in mod consolidat, in SEAP, dupa cum urmeaza: - termen-limita este in a 4-a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. Termenele de raspuns la clarificari au fost stabilite astfel incat operatorii economici sa aiba o perioada adecvata pt analizarea Documentatiei de Atribuire si, ulterior, pt elaborarea ofertelor prin prisma raspunsurilor oferite de Autoritatea Contractanta. C. Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata la punctul A, va pune AC in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns si drept urmare se va considera TARDIVA. D. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro). Achizitia betonului de ciment este necesara SDN-urilor din administrarea D.R.D.P. Bucuresti, pentru realizarea lucarilor de intretinere la elementele aferente drumurilor nationale cum ar fi rigole, santuri din beton de ciment, ziduri de sprijin etc. Pe durata derularii Acordului Cadru se vor incheia minim 2 contracte subsecvente pe an. Modalitatea de atribuire: acord-cadru cu un singur operator economic.
