Lotul 1 - autoturisme tip SUV cu motor termic - 1 bucată; Lotul 2 - Autoturism VAN cu motor termic - 7 bucăţi; Lotul 3 - Autoturism Berlină cu motor termic - 3 bucăţi. Toate autovehiculele ce fac obiectul contractului trebuie sa se incadreze in plafonul limită stabilit de Ordonanța nr. 80/2001 privind stabilirea unor normative de cheltuieli pentru autoritățile administrației publice și instituțiile publice, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, pentru un autovehicul, respectiv 23.000 Euro inclusiv TVA. Ofertanții pot depune oferta pentru, unul sau mai multe loturi. Orice operator economic are dreptul de a solicita clarificari privind prezenta procedura, termenul limita de solicitare a clarificarilor fiind 20 de zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor mentionat in anuntul de participare. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare /informații suplimentare, in a 12-a zi înainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, in condițiile in care solicitările se vor adresa cu cel puțin 20 zile înainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Clarificările depuse după acest termen nu vor mai fi luate in considerare.
