AC doreste achizitia unui microbuz scolar 31 locuri + 1 + 1 locuri, nou, avand caracteristicile tehnice minimale descrise in caietul de sarcini. Livrarea se va face in comuna Giarmata, judetul Timiș, in maxim 4 luni de la data semnarii contractului de furnizare. Perioada de garantie minim solicitata: 24 luni. Punerea in functiune si instruire gratuita a personalului de operare la beneficiar. Microbuzul furnizat va fi insotit de declaratie de conformitate, omologare RAR, carte de identitate a autovehiculului, certificate de calitate, garantie, declaratie/ atestat tehnic. Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor: 7 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 4-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor cf OUG 107/2017" Microbuz scolar - 31+1+1, conform caietului de sarcini
