Acordul cadru are ca obiect incheierea de contracte subsecvente pentru achizitia medicamentelor utilizate pentru tratamentul pacientilor din cadrul Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta Targoviste. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari. In conformitate cu prevederile art.160 coroborat cu art. 161 din Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul limita in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimentare va fi in a 11- a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor .
