ACORDULUI CADRU FURNIZARE OXIGEN MEDICINAL LICHEFIAT SI COMPRIMAT conform caietului de sarcini, astfel: LOT 1 - OXIGEN MEDICINAL LICHID (LICHEFIAT) LOT 2 - OXIGEN MEDICINAL COMPRIMAT (butelie, volum nominal 5 L la o presiune de 200 bar, incarcata cu minim 1,0 mc) LOT 3 - OXIGEN MEDICINAL COMPRIMAT (butelie, volum nominal 10 L la o presiune de 200 bar, incarcata cu minim 2,0 mc) LOT 4 - OXIGEN MEDICINAL COMPRIMAT (butelie, volum nominal 50 L la o presiune de 200 bar, incarcata cu minim 10,0 mc) NOTA ! Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari. In conformitate cu prevederile art.160 coroborat cu art. 161 din Legea 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul limita in care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari /informatii suplimentare va fi in a 11- a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor .
