Furnizare alimente conform caiet sarcini, pentru a caror contractare se pot depune oferte pentru un lot,pentru toate loturile sau combinatii ale acestora la sediul autoritatii contractante.Ofertarea se va face după cantitatile maxime ale acestei proceduri. Livrarea se va face eșalonat în fucție de numărul de pacienți internați și de nivelul fondurilor pe care autoritatea contractantă le poate disponiliza cu acest scop Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va raspunde în mod consolidat, clar și complet, tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări sau de informații suplimentare în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor, cu condiția ca solicitările de clarificări sau de informații suplimentare să fi fost adresate de către ofertanti în termenul prevăzut la secțiunea I.3 din Fișa de date, respectiv cu 18 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor.
