Livrarea se va face eșalonat în fucție de numărul de pacienți internați și de nivelul fondurilor pe care autoritatea contractantă le poate disponiliza cu acest scop Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 18 zile.
