Description

Autoritatea contractantă trebuie să achiziționeze materiale necesare desfășurării activităților de cercetare industrială ale proiectului ”Sistem bazat pe inteligență artificială și senzori optici, fotonici și electrochimici, pentru monitorizarea apelor uzate în medii cu risc ridicat - SISMED”, Cod SMIS 331741. În acest sens autoritatea contractantă va achiziționa materiale necesare în vederea realizări modulelor componente specifice activităților de cercetare industrială ale proiectului. Acestea contribuie la realizarea și testarea modulelor componente ale sistemului SISMED, ca urmare a finalizării activității 1. Activități de Cercetare Industrială, la realizarea și testarea sistemului prototip SISMED, precum și la eficientizarea procesului de desfășurare al activităților pentru echipa de implementare a proiectului din partea autorității furnizoare, îmbunătățesc comunicarea internă, crescând, de asemenea și performanța acesteia. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://www.e-licitatie.ro) Numărul de zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor este de 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Produsele ce fac obiectul achiziției sunt materiale, respectiv componente și subansambluri tehnice destinate asamblării și configurării prototipul SISMED, astfel cum sunt acestea detaliate în caietul de sarcini. Acestea sunt destinate utilizării ca material de integrare în cadrul prototipului, urmând a fi asamblate și configurate de către autoritatea contractantă împreună cu alte componente achiziționate, în funcție de specificatiile tehnice ale proiectului. Cantitatea produselor și specificațiile tehnice sunt menționate în Caietul de sarcini.
