Description

Obiectul achiziţiei constă în furnizarea de LINKURI DE MICROUNDE, INCLUSIV SERVICII DE SURVEY, INSTALARE, PUNERE IN FUNCTIUNE, in vederea achiziționării echipamentelor și serviciilor aferente acestora pentru asigurarea comunicațiilor necesare Autorității Vamale Române, precum și pentru continuarea modernizării rețelei de microunde administrată de STS. Detaliile tehnice sunt prezentate în documentatia descriptiva, iar specificațiile tehnice complete sunt detaliate în Tabelul SOC al documentatiei descriptive. Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificare până în a 11-a zi înainte de data limită de depunere a candidaturilor, pentru clarificarile primite cu cel puțin 18 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a candidaturilor. In ceea ce priveste solicitarile de clarificare privind documentatia descriptiva, acestea se pot transmite incepand cu data publicarii anuntului de atribuire si pana cel mai tarziu cu 6 zile inainte de data stabilita pentru depunerea ofertelor, data stabilita in invitatia de participare transmisa pentru etapa a II a a procedurii de achizitie- Depunerea ofertelor. In aceasta etapa, autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet intr-o perioada care nu va depasi, de regula, 3 zile lucratoare de la primirea acestora, dar nu mai tarziu de 4 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor, in conformitate cu prevederile art. 82, alin 3 din OUG nr. 114/2011. Obiectul achiziţiei constă în furnizarea de LINKURI DE MICROUNDE, INCLUSIV SERVICII DE SURVEY, INSTALARE, PUNERE IN FUNCTIUNE.
