The Royal Observatory Greenwich, as part of its ROG First Light Project, seeks a Scenic Engineering Model Contractor to develop, engineer, fabricate, install and commission props, models and engineered kinetic sculptures for exhibitions and displays across the site, in internal and external locations. Work includes Contractor Design elements, scenic paint finishes in various materials, and coordination with exhibition designers and other contractors both off-site and on-site. The procurement is a two-stage process: a Pre-Selection Questionnaire stage to shortlist contractors, followed by invitation to tender for shortlisted firms, with site visits arranged.
