Description

Ritarinpuiston siltojen perusparannus, ST-urakka Hankinnan kohteena on Porvoon kaupungin Ritarinpuiston ajoneuvosillan sekä kevyenliikenteen sillan uusiminen sisältäen rakentamissuunnittelu ja rakentamisen hankintaasiakirjojen mukaisesti ST-urakkana. Kohteet sijaitsevat vierekkäin Vanhan Kuninkaantien ja Jernbölentien risteysalueella Ritarinpuiston lounaisosassa lähellä Huhtisen kaupunginosaa Porvoon keskustan pohjoispuolella. Rakennuskohteen urakkamuoto on ST-urakka ja hinnoitteluperusteena on kokonaishinta. Urakoitsija toimii tässä urakassa pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana. Päätoteuttaja vastaa työturvallisuuteen liittyvistä velvoitteistaan myös muiden yhteisellä työmaalla toimi-vien tilaajan erillishankintoihin liittyvien rakennuttajien ja niiden urakoitsijoiden osalta. Kokonaishinnan määrittämiseksi urakoitsijan on itse laskettava massa-, tarvike- ja työmäärät tarjouspyynnön perusteella. Urakoitsijan tulee sisällyttää tarjoukseensa rakennussuunnitelman laatiminen. Rakennuskohteesta pidetään esittely maanantaina 31.8.2026 klo 12:00-13:30. Tarjouksen antajan tulee osallistua esittelyyn ja lähettää osallistujien tiedot osoitteeseen matias.pietila@porvoo.fi 31.8.2026 klo 10:00 mennessä. Muussa tapauksessa tilaaja toteaa yrityksen käyneen paikanpäällä. Urakoitsija ei voi myöhemmin vedota seikkoihin, jotka ovat olleet nähtävissä paikan päällä kohteeseen tutustumalla.,
