Building automation works on a framework agreement basis 1.11.2026-30.10.2028, possible options 2029 and 2030

The municipality of Vihti in Finland is procuring building automation works for its own and managed properties, such as schools, day-care centres, a health station and a library, as annual repair work invoiced on an hourly basis or at a fixed total price for 1.11.2026-30.10.2028. The contract can be extended with two one-year options in 2029 and 2030. The estimated value of the whole framework arrangement is EUR 5,400,000. Site-specific construction and warranty securities are required for projects over EUR 25,000. Works follow YSE 1998 general conditions. Four to five contract partners will be selected; subsidiaries Vihdin Toimitilat Oy and Nummelanharjun Energia Oy may join.
