Art der Leistung Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die Beförderung, Lagerung, Verwertung und Beseitigung der zur Entsorgung anstehenden Akkus. - Es sind sämtliche gesetzlichen und sonstigen Bestimmungen und Vorschriften im Zusammenhang mit der Akkuentsorgung vollumfänglich einzuhalten. - Die Bereitstellung geeigneter Transportbehälter sowie die sichere Handhabung und Kennzeichnung der Akkus liegt im Verantwortungsbereich des Auftragnehmers. - Die Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit den benannten Ansprechpartnern des Auftraggebers erfolgt eigenverantwortlich durch den Auftragnehmer. Umfang der Leistung Die Abrechnung erfolgt nach dem tatsächlichen Gewicht bzw. der tatsächlichen Stückzahl der abgeholten Akkus. Die tatsächlichen Mengen können je nach Bedarf variieren und werden jeweils vor der Abholung gemeldet.
