Description

Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (“Digital Services Act” or “DSA”) allows the external advisors of providers of very large online platforms and search engines to access certain documents and information in case files in a Data Room. Under certain circumstances, the Commission can allow these external advisors to perform and reproduce analytics, calculations and data processing tasks relevant to the corresponding Preliminary Findings. This can involve moveable workstations with specific features, such as a high RAM Graphic Processing Unit (GPU) and large RAM. This procurement aims at adding such advanced powerful machines to the IT pool of resources that can be set up and used in a Data Room when computationally intensive and sensitive evidence needs to be accessed by external advisors. This procurement aims at securing two (2) workstations with the same characteristics, one being used as a backup or enabling Data Room access for separate cases being organized in short time frame or even at the same time. Maximum value of the procurement: 60.000 EUR - Contract duration 1 month
