Art der Leistung Das Landesamt für Natur, Umwelt und Klima NRW (LANUK) beabsichtigt, die Erst- bzw. Wiederholungsprüfungen an ortsveränderlichen elektrischen Betriebsmitteln gemäß der Unfallverhütungsvorschrift "Elektrische Anlagen und Betriebsmittel" nach DGUV Vorschrift 3/4 an einen externen Dienstleister zu vergeben. Die Vertragslaufzeit soll 4 Jahre (4 Prüfintervalle) betragen. Es werden 7 Gebietslose gebildet. Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt am Tag nach der Zuschlagserteilung und beginnt je Los mit der 2-jährigen Prüfung der elektrischen Betriebsmittel. Die Prüfungen müssen bis Ende November erledigt sein und die Rechnungsstellung muss direkt erfolgen Umfang der Leistung Der Prüfungsauftrag bezieht sich jeweils auf die 7 Lose (s. Leistungsbeschreibung Nr. 2) und umfasst insgesamt schätzungsweise 16700 elektrische Betriebsmittel. Ein Angebot kann auf ein Los, mehrere Lose oder die Gesamtleistung abgegeben werden. Eine genauere Angabe der Anzahlen ist nicht möglich, da die Betriebsmittel noch nicht zentral er-fasst sind und teilweise in Eigenregie durch die jeweiligen Abteilungen angeschafft bzw. be-trieben werden.
