Description

Das Baugrundstück befindet sich im Stadtteil Stegermatt im Süden Offenburgs und ist im Moment noch Teil der Sportanlagen des Offenburger FV in der Badstraße. Künftig ist dieses Grundstück/ Gebäude als Daueranlage integriert in das Umfeld der Landesgartenschau 2032. Die Stadt Offenburg plant mit dem Umbau und der Sanierung des Gebäudes die Schaffung eines attraktiven gastronomischen Angebots, das während und nach der Landesgartenschau an dieser Stelle im neuen Umfeld des Kinzigparks der Bevölkerung zur Verfügung steht. Hier: Planungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Elektro (§§ 55/56 HOAI) LP 1-9 stufenweise, zunächst LP 1-3, Anlagegruppen 1/2/3/4/5/8 (§ 53 HOAI)
