The solution should be a robust, low-maintenance, electronically monitored closed-circuit mixed-gas rebreather with depth-appropriate bailout systems, low magnetic and acoustic signatures and integration with other life support systems. It must support dry, wet and simulated training, including fault insertion, and work in austere climatic conditions. The procurement also covers training solutions, maintenance, technical documentation, spares and in-service support arrangements.
