Prestations de prévention et de lutte contre les nuisibles et l'insalubrité Montant et technique d'achat: Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande en application des articles R.2162-2 à R2162-6, R.2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 50 000 Euros HT. Durée : Le marché sera conclu à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée d'un (1) an. Il peut être reconduit tacitement trois (3) fois par période d'un (1) an sans que le titulaire ne puisse s'y opposer. Le pouvoir adjudicateur pourra dénoncer le marché en faisant part de sa décision de non reconduction au titulaire, au moins trois mois avant la fin de sa durée de validité.
