L'accord-cadre a pour objet des prestations de nettoyage et d'entretien ménager des bâtiments universitaires de la CAMVS. La description du contexte, des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). La consultation est passée suivant la procédure de l'Appel d'offres Ouvert définie aux articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2, R.2161-1 à R.2161-5 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le marché comprend également une partie accord-cadre à bons de commande pour chaque lot, exécutée en application des articles R2162-1 à R2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 sans montant minimum et un montant maximum annuel de 120 000 euro(s) HT.
