La présente consultation est effectuée sous la forme d'une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert conformément aux articles R.2124-1 et -2, R.2131-16 et -17, R.2161-1 à -5, R.2162-1 à -6 et R.2162-13 et -14 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre à bons de commande est conclu à compter de la date prescrite par l'ordre de service établi par le pouvoir adjudicateur et notifié au titulaire et ce, pour une durée d'un an. Il est reconductible tacitement trois fois par le pouvoir adjudicateur, par période d'un an, sans que sa durée totale excède quatre ans. Le marché est conclu avec un montant minimum annuel de 30 000 euro(s) HT et avec un montant maximum annuel de 180 000 euros HT. Aucune négociation n'est prévue dans le cadre de la présente procédure.
