Військова частина А1619 (замовник) оголошує запит пропозицій постачальників щодо поставки товару за предметом закупівлі відповідно до вимог положень пункту 8 (підпункт 3) Особливостей здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 № 1275. Технічні та якісні характеристики кожного з товарів за предметом закупівлі повинні відповідати вимогам, визначеним Технічною специфікацією Міністерства оборони України на майно продовольчої служби «Посуд одноразовий (комплект)» ТC A01XJ.31940-618:2025 (03) для відповідного одноразового столового посуду (одноразового столового приладдя). Замовник проводить відбір постачальників товару за предметом закупівлі згідно з Порядком формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженим постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.09.2020 № 822. Умови поставки товару за предметом закупівлі визначаються цим запитом пропозицій постачальників, у т.ч. умовами проєкту договору. Строк поставки товару за предметом закупівлі, визначений календарною датою та зазначений на цій сторінці закупівлі, є орієнтовним: пріоритет мають умови, зазначені у блоці «Умови поставки» на цій сторінці закупівлі та у проєкті договору. Замовник планує закупівлю з усвідомленням того, що поставка товару за предметом закупівлі постачальником - платником ПДВ оподатковуватиметься цим податком. У разі укладення договору про закупівлю з постачальником - платником ПДВ до визначеної за результатами закупівлі вартості товару буде додано ПДВ.
