Військова частина А1619 (замовник) оголошує про відбір постачальника товару за предметом закупівлі (допорогова закупівля) у порядку, аналогічному до порядку проведення спрощених закупівель, визначеному Законом України від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі», з урахуванням положень, визначених Особливостями здійснення оборонних закупівель на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану, затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11.11.2022 № 1275. Умови поставки товару за предметом закупівлі визначаються цим запитом пропозицій постачальників, у т.ч. умовами проєкту договору. Строк поставки товару за предметом закупівлі, визначений календарною датою та зазначений на цій сторінці закупівлі, є орієнтовним: пріоритет мають умови, зазначені у блоці «Умови поставки» на цій сторінці закупівлі та у проєкті договору. Запропонований учасником товар має відповідати: - вимогам замовника щодо робочого об’єму чаші - не менше 70 літрів; - вимогам Технічної специфікації Міністерства оборони України «Сковорода електрична з чашею 61-80 л» ТС A01XJ.51832-564:2024 (02) (за виключенням показника мінімального робочого об’єму чаші).
