Description

Tryb udzielenia zamówienia: zamówienie prowadzone jest w trybie przetargu nieograniczonego, na podstawie art. 132 Ustawy pzp. Zamawiający przewiduje zastosowanie odwróconej kolejności oceny ofert zgodnie z art. 139 ustawy Pzp tj. Zamawiający najpierw dokona badania i oceny ofert, a następnie dokona kwalifikacji podmiotowej Wykonawcy, którego oferta została najwyżej oceniona, w zakresie braku podstaw wykluczenia oraz spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu. Art. 139 ust. 3 i 4 stosuje się odpowiednio. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa 2 sztuk samochodów ratowniczo-gaśniczych (1 sztuka z napędem 4x4 - część 1 oraz 1 sztuka z napędem 6x6 - część 2). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 8 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie udzielić na dostarczony sprzęt min. 24 miesięcznej rękojmi oraz gwarancji. 1. Zamawiający wraz z ofertą żąda następujących przedmiotowych środków dowodowych: a) Szczegółowy opisu przedmiotu zamówienia poprzez wypełnienie Formularza zawierającego parametry techniczno - użytkowe sprzętu - według załącznika nr 8 do SWZ - osobno dla każdej części; b) Deklarację producenta o zgodności z normami emisji lub inny dokument potwierdzający niniejszy parametr. c) Oświadczenie o zgodności z zasadą DNSH (wg Wzoru stanowiącego załącznik nr 9 do SWZ). Ww. przedmiotowe środki dowodowe podlegają uzupełnieniu, zgodnie z art. 107 ustawy Pzp. 2. W ramach kryterium oceny ofert Wykonawca składa przedmiotowy środek dowodowy w postaci certyfikatu systemu zarządzania środowiskowego ISO 14001:2015 lub równoważnego, potwierdzającego, że producent pojazdu pożarniczego lub wykonawca (jeżeli samodzielnie realizuje proces produkcji) stosuje system zarządzania środowiskowego zgodny z wymaganiami normy ISO 14001:2015. Ww. przedmiotowy środek dowodowy nie podlega uzupełnieniu- zgodnie z art. 107 ust. 3 ustawy Pzp.
