Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja zadania pn. „Efektywna infrastruktura zbiorowego zaopatrzenia w wodę na terenie Gminy Lipno”, podzielonego na trzy części. Część I obejmuje dostawę i wymianę 2 547 wodomierzy wraz z modułami telemetrycznymi oraz wdrożeniem systemu zdalnego odczytu. Część II obejmuje wdrożenie systemu GIS, przeprowadzenie kampanii pomiarowej oraz wykonanie i kalibrację modelu hydraulicznego sieci wodociągowej. Część III obejmuje prace na czynnej sieci wodociągowej związane z wymianą hydrantów i zasuw wraz z robotami towarzyszącymi. Dostawa i wymiana 2 547 wodomierzy wraz z uruchomieniem jednolitego systemu zdalnego odczytu. Dopuszcza się wodomierze z odrębnym modułem telemetrycznym albo wodomierze z telemetrią zintegrowaną, także nierozłączną. Zakres obejmuje konfigurację, dokumentację, szkolenie oraz bufor serwisowy 50 urządzeń odpowiednich do zaoferowanego rozwiązania: 50 odrębnych modułów albo 50 kompletnych wodomierzy DN20 z telemetrią. W buforze 45 urządzeń stanowi wariant standardowy, a 5 umożliwia zastosowanie anteny wyniesionej. Wykonawca zapewnia operatorską transmisję danych oraz dostęp do systemu przez 120 miesięcy od odbioru końcowego części I. Wizja lokalna jest fakultatywna, na zasadach określonych w SWZ.; Przedmiotem Części 2 zamówienia jest wdrożenie systemu GIS, przeprowadzenie kampanii pomiarowej oraz wykonanie i kalibracja modelu hydraulicznego sieci wodociągowej Gminy Lipno, wraz z uruchomieniem systemu, dokumentacją, szkoleniami i wsparciem.; Część III obejmuje prace na czynnej sieci wodociągowej w 141 lokalizacjach: 70 kompletnych węzłów hydrantowych DN80 wraz z wymianą zasuwy DN80, 10 kompletnych węzłów hydrantowych DN80 bez wymiany istniejącej zasuwy DN80 oraz 61 wymian zasuw DN100. Łączny zakres obejmuje 80 hydrantów DN80, 70 zasuw DN80 i 61 zasuw DN100. Prace są prowadzone na terenie gruntowym, poza pasem drogowym. Zamówienie obejmuje roboty ziemne i montażowe, zasypanie wykopów, wymagane zagęszczenie i wyrównanie terenu oraz pozostałe czynności określone w dokumentach zamówienia.
