Przedmiotem zamówienia umowy ramowej są dostawy tuszy, tonerów, bębnów i pojemników na zużyty tusz/toner do drukarek i urządzeń wielofunkcyjnych zgodnie z załącznikiem nr 1 projektowanych postanowień umowy, załącznikiem nr 2 formularzem asortymentowo-cenowym oraz załącznikiem nr 3 opisem przedmiotu zamówienia. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz sposób realizacji zawierają projektowane postanowienia umowy ramowej (wraz z załącznikami). Szczegółowe warunki i zasady realizacji zamówienia określone są w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy ramowej stanowiące załącznik nr 1 do SWZ (wraz z załącznikami). Przedmiot zamówienia musi być fabrycznie nowy, w oryginalnych opakowaniach producenta umożliwiający jego identyfikację (rodzaj, ilość) bez konieczności naruszania opakowania oraz z wszelkimi zabezpieczeniami stosowanymi przez producentów. Przedmiot umowy obejmuje również odbiór zużytych materiałów eksploatacyjnych będących odpadem o kodzie 16 02 14 - zużyte urządzenia inne niż wymienione w 16 02 09 do 16 02 13, w ilości nie większej niż ilość dostarczonego asortymentu przez Wykonawcę na jego koszt.
