Summary

Machine-generated summary

The buyer in Olsztyn seeks collection and management of three waste streams, with responsibility for waste transferred to the next holder: medicines other than cytotoxic and cytostatic ones (20 01 32), fluorescent lamps and other mercury-containing waste (20 01 21*), and non-medical waste such as needles and syringes from home use of injectable medicines and blood monitoring (ex 20 01 99). The base, guaranteed order covers 31 tonnes in total: 25 tonnes of medicines, 5 tonnes of lamps and mercury waste, and 1 tonne of the ex 20 01 99 stream. An option under Article 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law allows an increase of up to 20 tonnes, comprising up to 15 tonnes of medicines and 5 tonnes of lamps and mercury waste. The total quantity may reach 51 tonnes. The option may be exercised in whole or in part, once or several times. Collected waste must be handed to a holder holding a decision under Article 27(2)(1) or (2) of the Waste Act, identified by the contractor before contract signature.

Description

3. 13. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz warunki współpracy zostały opisane w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ pn. Projektowane postanowienia umowy.
