Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na odbiorze, transporcie i zagospodarowaniu odpadów. Przedmiot zamówienia został podzielony na 2 części: Część nr 1: Kod odpadu 200203 Inne odpady nieulegające biodegradacji Opis odpadu: Np. zużyte znicze, sztuczne kwiaty, wieńce, plastikowe doniczki, folie oraz opakowania po dekoracjach. Maksymalna ilość w okresie trwania umowy w Mg: 700 Część nr 2 Kod odpadu: 200399 Nazwa odpadu: Odpady komunalne nie wymienione w innych podgrupach Opis odpadu: Np. mieszane odpady z likwidacji dzikich wysypisk, pozostałości po porządkowaniu terenów i inne mieszane, zanieczyszczone, niejednorodne, trudne do jednoznacznej segregacji. Maksymalna ilość w okresie trwania umowy w Mg: 600 Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) określa Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
