Description

4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie gminy Lubochnia 4.2. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: 1) wykonanie/(świadczenie) usługi, polegającej na odbiorze, transporcie i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych, powstałych i odbieranych bezpośrednio z nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, położonych w granicach administracyjnych Gminy Lubochnia; 2) wyposażenie w/w nieruchomości w pojemniki i worki do odbioru odpadów komunalnych, na czas trwania umowy. 3) Odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów z Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych, zwanego dalej PSZOK znajdującego się na terenie Oczyszczalni Ścieków ul. Za Wodą 1A, Lubochnia Dworska oraz wyposażenie go w pojemniki i kontenery; 4) osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego użycia i odzysku innymi metodami oraz ograniczenia masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania zgodnie z: a. art. 3aa - 3c ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach, b. rozporządzeniem Ministra Klimatu i Środowiska z dnia 3 sierpnia 2021 r. w sprawie sposobu obliczania poziomów przygotowania do ponownego użycia i recyklingu odpadów komunalnych , c. rozporządzeniem Ministra Środowiska z dnia 15 grudnia 2017 r. w sprawie poziomów ograniczenia składowania masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji oraz obowiązującymi aktami prawa miejscowego; 4.3. Szczegółowy zakres usług (Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia) zawarty jest w Załączniku Nr 1 do SWZ. Przywołana numeracja wynika z numeracji przyjętej z SWZ
