Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z trzech Punktów Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) położonych po jednym na terenie gminy Libiąż, Chrzanów Trzebinia Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z PSZOK-ów do instalacji wskazanych przez Wykonawcę przed podpisaniem umowy. Zadanie obejmuje trzy lokalizacje punktów: a) PSZOK w Chrzanowie, 32-500, przy ul. Stara Huta 5, b) PSZOK w Libiążu, 32-590, przy ul. Gromieckiej bez numeru, zlokalizowany na części działki nr 4353/3 obręb Libiąż Mały (obok oczyszczalni ścieków w Libiążu), c) PSZOK w Trzebini, 32-540 przy ul. Marszałka Piłsudskiego bez numeru, zlokalizowany na części działek nr 507/6 i 524/3 obręb Trzebinia (w pobliżu zrekultywowanego składowiska odpadów komunalnych). Termin świadczenia usługi to 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2027 r. (lub do osiągnięcia maksymalnego wynagrodzenia Wykonawcy zawartego w ofercie oraz umowie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego Z UWZGLĘDNIENIEM PRAWA OPCJI). Łączny szacunkowy tonaż: 5.074,50 Mg/rok - rodzaje i szacowane ilości odpadów komunalnych przeznaczonych do zagospodarowania w Mg/rok jak i szczegółowy opis zamówienia zawarto w dokumencie o nazwie "Załącznik nr 8 - OPZ" stanowiącym załącznik nr 8 do SWZ.
