a) odbiór i transport odpadów komunalnych powstałych na nieruchomościach zamieszkałych położonych na terenie Gminy Chorkówka, b) zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych powstałych na nieruchomościach zamieszkałych z terenu Gminy Chorkówka, z wyłączeniem: odpadów niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) 20 03 01, bioodpadów 20 02 01, oraz odpadów zebranych selektywnie o następujących kodach: 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 15 01 07), c) odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych, z wyłączeniem zagospodarowania odpadów zebranych selektywnie o następujących kodach: 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 20 02 01, d) obsługę Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych w Chorkówce, e) zebrane odpady Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zagospodarować zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawnymi, zwłaszcza art. 9e ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r, o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. U. 2025, poz. 733) oraz hierarchią sposobów postępowania z odpadami określoną w art. 17 ustawy z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach (Dz.U.2023 r., poz. 1587 ze zm.). Zgodnie z regulacją art. 6d ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. U. 2025, poz. 733), oraz porozumienia międzygminnego NR GK.033.1.11.2017.L z dnia 27 stycznia 2017 r. w sprawie powierzenia Gminie Miasto Krosno wybranego zakresu zadania utrzymania czystości i porządku w gminie, Zamawiający informuje o wymogu przekazywania odebranych niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) odpadów komunalnych, bioodpadów oraz odpadów selektywnych o kodach: 15 01 01, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, do instalacji do przetwarzania odpadów komunalnych - Regionalnego Centrum Odzysku Odpadów w Krośnie (Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej - Krośnieński Holding Komunalny.) f) Pozostałe warunki dotyczące realizacji zamówienia zostały określone w projekcie umowy, oraz w załącznik nr 2 do SWZ.
