Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa odbioru, transportu i przetwarzania odpadów w instalacji do produkcji paliwa alternatywnego sklasyfikowanych, zgodnie z aktualnym katalogiem odpadów - pod kodem ex 19 12 12 - inne odpady (w tym zmieszane substancje i przedmioty) z mechanicznej obróbki odpadów inne niż wymienione w 19 12 11, wytworzone w wyniku procesu mechanicznego rozdrobnienia odpadów wielkogabarytowych o kodzie 20 03 07. Szczegółowe warunki dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia: 1. Odbiór odpadów odbywał się będzie z Regionalnego Centrum Odzysku Odpadów w Krośnie przy ul. Białobrzeskiej 108 w ilości ok. 400 Mg odpadów w nieregularnych odstępach czasowych, 2. Za transport odpadów koszty ponosi Wykonawca. 3. Za załadunek koszty ponosi Zamawiający. 4. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do przekazania mniejszej ilości odpadów, niż wskazana powyżej w sytuacji zaistnienia przyczyn niezależnych od Zamawiającego (np. przekazanie Zamawiającemu przez wytwórców/dostawców odpadów mniejszej ilości odpadów, itp.) przy czym ilość przekazanych odpadów nie będzie mniejsza niż 250 Mg. 5. Odpady będą odbierane w formie rozdrobnionej. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w rozdziale IV SWZ.
