Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest przyjęcie i zagospodarowanie (poddanie odzyskowi, zbieranie oraz unieszkodliwianie) odpadów komunalnych wytworzonych na nieruchomościach znajdujących się na terenie Gminy Radków, dostarczone przez podmiot/y wskazany/e przez Zamawiającego. 1) Zamawiający przewiduje, że w okresie trwania umowy z terenu Gminy Radków będzie odbieranych nie więcej niż 3 539,00 Mg odpadów komunalnych. 2. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ), stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Miejsce wykonywania przedmiotu zamówienia: teren Gminy Radków. 4. Zamawiający przewiduje udzielenie zamówienia polegającego na powtórzeniu podobnych usług, o którym mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 ustawy. 4.1. Zakres przewidywanych usług do udzielenia zamówienia polegać będzie na powtórzeniu podobnych zamówień co zamówienie podstawowe i będzie zgodny z przedmiotem zamówienia podstawowego, tj. przyjęciem i zagospodarowaniem (poddaniem odzyskowi, zbieraniem oraz unieszkodliwianiem) odpadów komunalnych wytworzonych na nieruchomościach znajdujących się na terenie Gminie Radków w ilości nieprzekraczającej 200 Mg, opisanym w załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. 4.2. Zamawiający przewiduje, iż wartość zamówienia przewidzianego do udzielenia może wynieść maksymalnie do 5,65% wartości zamówienia podstawowego. 4.3. Warunki, na jakich zamówienie (powtórzenie podobnych usług) zostanie udzielone: 1) w przypadku przedłużającej się procedury udzielenia kolejnego zamówienia w procedurze otwartej, przez co należy rozumieć również brak rozstrzygnięcia postępowania w takiej procedurze, 2) udzielenie zamówienia zostanie poprzedzone przeprowadzeniem postępowania w trybie z wolnej ręki, po przeprowadzeniu negocjacji z Wykonawcą, 3) stawka jednostkowa wynagrodzenia za zagospodarowanie 1 Mg odpadów komunalnych z terenu gminy Radków będzie podlegała negocjacji.
