Przemysłowej 8, 86-005 Białe Błota w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego użycia i odzysku innymi metodami oraz ograniczenie masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazanych do składowania.Postępowania prowadzone jest z podziałem na części.
