Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonywanie usługi polegającej na odbiorze i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych zmieszanych i segregowanych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie gminy Siemkowice w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2029 r. i wyposażenie ich w pojemniki lub worki na odpady, wg. uzgodnienia z Zamawiającym. Wykonawca będzie wykonywał przez cały okres obowiązywania umowy odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów: a) niesegregowanych (zmieszanych) odpadów komunalnych; b) segregowanych odpadów komunalnych c) odpadów komunalnych z Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) d) odpadów wielkogabarytowych - na zasadzie mobilnej zbiórki ww. odpadów sprzed posesji. Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do zagospodarowania całej masy odebranych odpadów komunalnych zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami oraz do prowadzenia ilościowej ewidencji zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa w tym zakresie. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
