Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i zagospodarowanie wskazanych w opisie zamówienia rodzajów odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych położonych na terenie gminy Ciepielów oraz zebranych w Punkcie Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) w okresie od 01 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2027 r. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje odbiór wszystkich odpadów komunalnych gromadzonych zarówno w sposób selektywny, jak i zmieszanych, bezpośrednio z nieruchomości położonych na terenie gminy Ciepielów, a także z siedziby Urzędu Miasta i Gminy w Ciepielowie oraz od Gminnej Biblioteki Publicznej w Ciepielowie. 3. Obsługa selektywnej zbiórki odpadów komunalnych w systemie workowym obejmuje teren 29 miejscowości (stan na dzień 30.09.2026 r.). 4. Zamawiający nie obejmuje przedmiotem zamówienia podmiotów gospodarczych, zakładów produkcyjnych i przemysłowych - zamówienie nie dotyczy odpadów poprodukcyjnych i przemysłowych. 5. Pozostałe informacje szczegółowe dotyczące Gminy Ciepielów i przedmiotu zamówienia: a) Liczba mieszkańców (dane meldunkowe): Według oficjalnych statystyk ludności na dzień 30.09.2026 r. Gminę Ciepielów zamieszkuje 5 333 osób. b) Liczba osób zarejestrowanych w gminnym systemie gospodarki odpadami komunalnymi (złożone deklaracje) na dzień 30.09.2026 r. wynosi 4 235 osób. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest uwzględnić tę różnicę przy planowaniu logistyki odbioru. c) Powierzchnia gminy: Całkowita powierzchnia Gminy Ciepielów wynosi 135 km², co należy wziąć pod uwagę przy kalkulacji tras i długości sieci logistycznej pojazdów bezpylnych. 6. W okresie realizacji umowy Wykonawca odbierze i zagospodaruje odpady komunalne z terenu gminy Ciepielów ze wszystkich nieruchomości oraz z PSZOK w prognozowanej łącznej ilości ok. 1 126,40 Mg/12 m-cy. Pełny, szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
