Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy oraz nieruchomości, na których znajdują się domki letniskowe i innych nieruchomości wykorzystywanych na cele rekreacyjno - wypoczynkowe na terenie Gminy Sadkowice, w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów przygotowania do ponownego użycia i recyklingu odpadów komunalnych oraz ograniczenia masy odpadów komunalnych przeznaczonych do składowania, zgodnie z obowiązującymi w trakcie realizacji umowy przepisami prawa z zastrzeżeniem, że Wykonawcę obciąża ryzyko zmiany prawa w tym zakresie.
