Description

1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na odbieraniu, zbieraniu i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych oraz domków letniskowych lub innych nieruchomości wykorzystywanych na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe na terenie Gminy Rajcza w 2027 r. 2) Ilość wytworzonych odpadów komunalnych które trzeba będzie odebrać i zagospodarować szacuje się na około: 2700 Mg. 3) Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych powinien odbywać się w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu, przygotowania do ponownego użycia i odzysku innymi metodami oraz ograniczenie masy odpadów komunalnych ulegających biodegradacji przekazywanych do składowania, zgodnie z zapisami ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (t. j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 733), oraz Regulaminem utrzymania czystości i porządku w Gminie Rajcza przyjętego uchwałą Nr XXIV/154/2020 z dnia 6 lipca 2020 r. oraz Uchwałą nr LXIV/422/2023 Rady Gminy Rajcza z dnia 31 marca 2023 r. w sprawie zmiany Regulaminu utrzymania czystości i porządku w Gminie Rajcza. Zmieszane odpady komunalne, bioodpady oraz pozostałości z sortowania, przeznaczone do składowania, zgodnie z obowiązującymi w tym zakresie przepisami prawa. 4) Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu niniejszego zamówienia precyzuje Załącznik nr 9 - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 5) Zamawiający wymaga zatrudnienia przez Wykonawcę lub podwykonawcę/ów, na podstawie stosunku pracy osób wykonujących w trakcie realizacji zamówienia bezpośrednio czynności techniczne w zakresie odbierania, załadunku i wywozu odpadów, kwalifikowanych jako kierowcy pojazdów oraz pracownicy fizyczni. Sposób weryfikacji przez Zamawiającego zatrudnienia pracowników, o których mowa wyżej oraz jego uprawnienia kontrolne w tym zakresie zostały określone w umowie o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego, której wzór stanowi Załącznik Nr 8 do SWZ.
