Description

1. Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pozostałych z segregacji (zmieszanych) w okresie 12 miesięcy od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych na terenie gminy Drawno, w tym również domków letniskowych lub innych nieruchomości wykorzystywanych na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe, 2. Odbiór i zagospodarowanie frakcji odpadów komunalnych gromadzony w sposób selektywny od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych i niezamieszkałych na terenie gminy Drawno, w tym również domków letniskowych lub innych nieruchomości wykorzystywanych na cele rekreacyjno-wypoczynkowe, oddzielnie dla: a) papieru i tektury, czasopism, gazet, itp., w tym opakowania; b) szkła i odpadów opakowaniowych ze szkła bezbarwnego i kolorowego; c) tworzyw sztucznych, w tym opakowania i opakowania wielomateriałowe oraz metal; d) odpadów ulegających biodegradacji, bioodpadów, w tym odpady opakowaniowe ulegające biodegradacji i odpady zielone (w tym odbiór choinek). 3. Odbiór i zagospodarowanie pozostałych, powstających na nieruchomościach zamieszkałych odpadów (tzw. zbiórki): a) mebli i innych odpadów wielkogabarytowych; b) zużytego sprzętu elektrycznego i elektronicznego; c) odzieży i tekstyliów; d) zużytych opon. 4. Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów zbieranych w sposób selektywny z Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK) w Drawnie, obejmujących następujące frakcje: a) papier, b) szkło, c) metale i tworzywa sztuczne, d) tekstylia, e) odpady wielkogabarytowe, f) zużyte opony, g) sprzęt elektryczny i elektroniczny, źródła światła (żarówki, jarzeniówki itp.), h) baterie i akumulatory, i) odpady niebezpieczne w tym leki i chemikalia pochodzące z gospodarstw domowych, odpady budowlano - remontowe, j) odpady niekwalifikujące się do odpadów medycznych powstałych w gospodarstwie domowym w wyniku przyjmowania produktów leczniczych w formie iniekcji i prowadzenia monitoringu poziomu substancji we krwi, w szczególności igieł i strzykawek. 5. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje transport odebranych odpadów komunalnych do instalacji odzysku i unieszkodliwiania odpadów oraz do instalacji komunalnej.
