Description

1) Przedmiotem udzielanego zamówienia jest likwidacja dzikich wysypisk na terenie Dzielnicy Wola, wraz z pracami towarzyszącymi: a) likwidacja dzikich wysypisk wraz z porządkowaniem terenu, poprzez sprzątnięcie odpadów poszczególnych rodzajów oraz wykonanie prac towarzyszących, b) załadunek zebranych odpadów oraz transport odpadów do miejsca unieszkodliwienia. 2) Prace stanowiące przedmiot zamówienia są działaniami ciągłymi (nie polegają na jednorazowym uprzątnięciu odpadów). Zgłoszenia Zamawiającego, przekazywane Wykonawcy, dot. uprzątnięcia odpadów mogą występować wielokrotnie w różnych terminach (może to być kilka zgłoszeń w miesiącu lub nawet kilka w ciągu dnia) albo w danym miesiącu może nie nastąpić żadne zgłoszenie na uprzątnięcie odpadów. W każdym przypadku, po otrzymaniu zgłoszenia Zamawiającego dot. uprzątnięcia odpadów, Wykonawca będzie zobowiązany przystąpić do wykonania prac zgodnie z zadeklarowanym w ofercie czasem reakcji na odbiór odpadów. Maksymalny zadeklarowany czas reakcji dot. odbioru odpadów, musi wynosić 48 godzin Czas reakcji, stanowi drugie kryterium oceny ofert, patrz Rozdział XIV SWZ. 3) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, rodzaj i zakres prac objętych zamówieniem oraz wymagania, dot. wykonania i odbioru przedmiotu zamówienia określa: a) wzór formularza cenowego - stanowiący załącznik nr 11 do SWZ, b) projektowane postanowienia umowy - zwane dalej także wzorem umowy - stanowiący załącznik nr 6 do SWZ. 4) Zamówienie będzie realizowane przez okres wynoszący 24 miesiące od dnia podpisania umowy lub do wyczerpania środków finansowych, o których mowa w § 5 ust. 1 wzoru umowy.
