Przedmiot zamówienia stanowi: a) Pakiet Nr 1 - Transport pacjentów samochodem o standardzie odpowiadającym karetkom typu T z zapewnioną opieką medyczną (pielęgniarka lub ratownik medyczny) b) Pakiet Nr 2 - Transport pacjentów z zespołem ratowniczym składającym się z dwóch osób - pielęgniarki lub ratownicy medyczni, samochodem o standardzie odpowiadającym karetkom typu P (podstawowa) Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, opis wymagań zamawiającego w zakresie realizacji został określony w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia - załącznik nr 1a i 1b do SWZ oraz w projektowanych postanowienia umowy - załączniki nr 2a i 2b do SWZ. Transport pacjentów samochodem o standardzie odpowiadającym karetkom typu T z zapewnioną opieką medyczną (pielęgniarka lub ratownik medyczny); Transport pacjentów z zespołem ratowniczym składającym się z dwóch osób - pielęgniarki lub ratownicy medyczni, samochodem o standardzie odpowiadającym karetkom typu P (podstawowa)
