Oferowane urządzenie musi być fabrycznie nowe, kompletne, wolne od wad, oznakowane znakiem CE oraz musi posiadać wymagane certyfikaty bezpieczeństwa. Dostawa realizowana jest w ramach projektu „Doposażenie poradni specjalistycznych w Samodzielnym Publicznym Szpitalu Klinicznym im. Andrzeja Mielęckiego Śląskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Katowicach - w ramach działania FENX 06.01 System ochrony zdrowia, Program Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat, Środowisko 2021-2027. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa formularz parametrów techniczno - użytkowych - załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
