Przedmiotem zamówienia jest : a) dostawa, montaż, uruchomienie oraz szkolenie personelu z zakresu obsługi aparatu USG z funkcją elastografii, który przeznaczony jest dla Poradni Chemioterapii - Pakiet Nr 1 b) dostawa, montaż, uruchomienie oraz szkolenie personelu z zakresu obsługi cyfrowego ultrasonografu wielofunkcyjnego, który przeznaczony jest dla Poradni Otorynolaryngologicznej - Pakiet Nr 2 Oferowane urządzenie musi być fabrycznie nowe, kompletne, wolne od wad, oznakowane znakiem CE oraz musi posiadać wymagane certyfikaty bezpieczeństwa dostawa, montaż, uruchomienie oraz szkolenie personelu z zakresu obsługi aparatu USG z funkcją elastografii, który przeznaczony jest dla Poradni Chemioterapii Oferowane urządzenie musi być fabrycznie nowe, kompletne, wolne od wad, oznakowane znakiem CE oraz musi posiadać wymagane certyfikaty bezpieczeństwa.; b) dostawa, montaż, uruchomienie oraz szkolenie personelu z zakresu obsługi cyfrowego ultrasonografu wielofunkcyjnego, który przeznaczony jest dla Poradni Otorynolaryngologicznej Oferowane urządzenie musi być fabrycznie nowe, kompletne, wolne od wad, oznakowane znakiem CE oraz musi posiadać wymagane certyfikaty bezpieczeństwa.
