Świadczenie usług w zakresie transportu specjalistycznego dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami mających trudności w poruszaniu się, na terenie miasta Opola oraz koordynacja ww. usługi (przyjmowanie zamówień usług transportowych telefonicznie i drogą elektroniczną (w tym adres e-mail i platforma Opole+) od osób uprawnionych do usług, sporządzanie i koordynacja grafików) zgodnie z warunkami określonymi w Regulaminie stanowiącym załącznik do umowy. Zamówienie planowo realizowane będzie nie wcześniej niż od dnia 1 stycznia 2027 r. przez 24 miesiące. Usługa winna być świadczona pięcioma pojazdami od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach: a) od godz. 6.00 do godz. 18.00 - 3 pojazdy; b) od godz. 6.00 do godz. 22.00 - 2 pojazdy. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielenia zamówienia, o którym mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt. 8 Prawa. Zgodnie z art. 257 pkt 1 Prawa Zamawiający nie przewiduje możliwości unieważnienia przedmiotowego postępowania, jeżeli środki, które Zamawiający zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie całości lub części zamówienia, nie zostały mu przyznane. Skróty używane w treści ogłoszenia: Prawo - ustawa Prawo zamówień publicznych; SWZ - specyfikacja warunków zamówienia. Klauzula informacyjna dot. przetwarzania danych osobowych w SWZ dostępna na platformie zakupowej Logintrade pod pod adresem prowadzonego postępowania. Zamawiający żąda od Wykonawców wniesienia wadium.
