1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dowożenie dzieci i uczniów niepełnosprawnych w roku szkolnym 2026/2027 do położonych na terenie Miasta Bydgoszczy: szkół, przedszkoli oraz ośrodków umożliwiających realizację rocznego przygotowania przedszkolnego, obowiązku szkolnego i obowiązku nauki.w zakresie i na warunkach określonych w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia z załącznikami (dalej SWZ), w tym w załączniku nr.4 pn. „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie Ofert Częściowych, tj. według podziału na TRZY Części zamówienia określone w ww. załączniku nr.4 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na dowolną liczbę Części. Dowożenie dzieci i uczniów niepełnosprawnych w roku szkolnym 2026/2027 dla Zespołu Szkół nr 30 Specjalnych jako Koordynatora procesu dowożenia, Zespół położony jest przy ul. Jesionowej 3a w Bydgoszczy; Dowożenie dzieci i uczniów niepełnosprawnych w roku szkolnym 2026/2027 dla dwóch placówek: Zespołu Szkół nr 31 Specjalnych [ul. Fordońska 17 w Bydgoszczy] oraz dla Specjalnego Ośrodka Szkolno-Wychowawczego nr 3 [ul. Graniczna 12 w Bydgoszczy] - jako Współkoordynatorów procesu dowożenia; Dowożenie dzieci i uczniów niepełnosprawnych w roku szkolnym 2026/2027 na terenie całego Miasta Bydgoszcz w okresie ferii zimowych i ferii letnich oraz innych przerw ogłoszonych w kalendarzu roku szkolnego przez Ministerstwo Edukacji Narodowej, tj. w okresie terminów ferii zimowych (15.02.2027r. - 28.02.2027r.) i ferii letnich w roku 2027 (26.06.2027r. - 31.08.2027r.) oraz innych przerw wynikających z kalendarza roku szkolnego ogłoszonego przez Ministerstwo Edukacji Narodowej.
